GUEST PAYMENT PORTAL: Our Guest Payment Portal enables you to easily make ACH/e-check payments for your lease. It shows your rental payment schedule, including due dates and amounts. The portal can process transactions up to $45,000. If your payment is above that, please coordinate with your rental agent.

Please note: Guest Portal payment is not accepted for last-minute bookings or payments that are 30 days or less from your check-in date.

CANCELLATION / RE-RENTAL POLICY: Your lease is a binding contract between you, the TENANT, and the LANDLORD. In the event that serious illness or other unforeseen circumstances impact your plans, please notify Point B Realty as soon as possible and we will attempt to find a replacement tenant to assume your responsibilities under your lease. In the event Point B Realty is able to find a replacement tenant, on the same or more desirable terms and conditions, you shall be issued a refund of payments received, less 15% of the total Rental Fee and the $150.00 Service Fee. If the property is re-rented for a lesser amount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. In the event that a replacement tenant cannot be found, you are responsible to pay all rental fees per the dates and terms of the Lease Agreement. In the event that the premises are not rented to another party, you will be refunded any taxes, cleaning fees and security deposits that have been paid; the Rental Fee and $150.00 Service Fee shall be retained. The TENANT acknowledges that the retention of the remaining amounts paid for Rental Fee and Service Fee is reasonable and the amount to be retained by the LANDLORD and BROKER represents damages and not any penalty against the TENANT.
